Overreacting?

Not sure if I am just being a girl but I was on a random site and brought up my (already open and running) TS screen. I saw a black screen sticking out from behind the TS screen with some movement on it, almost like scrolling text. I clicked onto my browser but it was gone. It looked like a command prompt screen and was only there for about 3 seconds. Firewalls etc all seem to be running with no problems but should I be worried about a hacker or something??

Not heard of that before mate... sounds a bit odd tho.. has it done it again?
