I just thought I would do a quick write up on the imfromation gleaned from the tinter web net,
I was talking to mr turbine the other day about 24' monitors and the Acer G24 oid popped right in there, anyhow with the advent of HDMI on many GFX cards these days the question came up ....
Which is better HDMI or DVI, well heres the skinny
On monitors up to 22' the 2 connections are visually identical (the only difference is the audio on the HDMI)
On monitors 24' + the DVI is the way to go as the current version of HDMI with only display upto 1920x1080 where as the native resolution of 24' is 1920x1200 which is 11% larger.
However with the new version 1.3, HDMI can display up to 2560x1600.
So at the mo if your not needing the audio.....
DVI and HDMI ARE THE SAME QUALITY
